RMI Mentorship

RMI launched Radiant Light Mentorship Program© in 2006 and mentors women across the US. RMI promotes mentoring through various formats such as training for individuals and teams, workshops, groups and individual mentoring, as well as tailoring mentorship to specific needs of mentees or mentee groups.

RMI Lanterns©, our name for mentors, minster to stay at home moms, working women, church leaders, ministry leaders, at-risk women and teens. RMI integrates these experiences into a focused training for you and/or your church! Schedule a workshop/conference

The heart of any RMI mentoring relationship is intimacy and identity; i.e. deeper relationship with the God-head and discovery and development of identity in Christ.

Currently, Radiant Ministries continues programs in interactive one-on-one mentoring relationships, as well as mentor groups. We look to expand to international mentoring in the near future. In addition, RMI has partnered with a local ministry to develop a mentoring curriculum, train mentors and oversee the progress of the mentoring relationships for sex trafficked teens.
